Scott was most recently an Estate & Insurance Planning Specialist at Crump Life Insurance Services. Scott’s hiring follows the strategic investment by GTCR, and helps underscore the growth initiatives for 2025 and beyond. Winged Keel continues to emphasize the importance of its institutional relationships and continues to add resources to expand their coverage nationwide.

Winged Keel Group (“Winged Keel”) today announced its continued national expansion with the acquisition of MBW Group and opening of its Minneapolis office. The acquisition represents another strategic step forward in the firm’s continued growth as the premier national platform for the structuring, implementation, and administration of high-end life insurance. The new Winged Keel Minneapolis office will be led by Principals Jeffery W. Bird and David A. Wischmeier and comprised of a team of experienced client relationship managers and brokerage service professionals. This marks Winged Keel’s second acquisition this summer.

Winged Keel Group (“Winged Keel”) today announced the acquisition of The Madison Group and opening of its Denver office, which will be led by Principal Mark J. Richards. The new Winged Keel Denver office will be comprised of an 8-person team of client relationship managers and brokerage service professionals under his leadership. The expansion to Denver follows Winged Keel’s most recent office opening in Atlanta earlier this year and continued business growth.

The new Winged Keel Atlanta office will be comprised of a 17-person team of client relationship managers and brokerage service professionals under their leadership. The expansion to Atlanta follows Winged Keel’s most recent office opening in Houston and another exceptional year of growth within the firm’s Traditional Life Insurance, Business Continuation Insurance, and Private Placement Life Insurance businesses, along with the development of a Corporate-Owned Life Insurance segment.
