The round was led by Lightspeed, with participation from YC, Together, Prosus, and leading AI angels, including Jeff Dean (Google), Devendra Chaplot (Thinking Machines), Siqi Chen (Runway), Srinivasan Venkatachary (Google Deepmind), Prasanna (Rippling), Edo Liberty (Pinecone), and Balaji Srinivasan, and brings Emergent’s total funding to $30 million, including a $7 million seed. The company is building a platform that allows anyone to create full-stack, production-ready applications with the help of autonomous AI agents.
