ATF Medical has appointed Katherine Nelson to serve as Vice President of National Sales. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, she will oversee the company’s efforts to market its comprehensive, integrated mobility and accessibility services for seriously injured workers throughout the country.

James J. Rogalsky has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Rehab Technology & Adaptive Housing of ATF Medical. He joined the national workers’ compensation mobility and accessibility provider in the fall of 2023 as Vice President of Client Services.

Working closely with Brendan Swift, the company’s vice president of payer partnerships and marketing, she will develop partnership strategies and nurture relationships with payer partners throughout the U.S. She’s focused on helping third-party payers with complex claims achieve positive outcomes.

Melissa Smith, OTR/L, CAPS, ECHM, CHAMP recently joined ATF Medical as clinical specialist/adaptive housing. In this role, Smith assesses injured workers and their homes and recommends ways to address barriers to accessibility, mobility and independence.

Brendan Swift will join ATF Medical, a national provider of complex rehab technology and accessibility solutions in workers’ compensation, as vice president, payer partnerships and marketing on February 13. In this newly created role, Swift will lead the company’s sales and marketing strategies and develop and oversee national payer relationships.

David Bedard, ATP, C.H.A.M.P. has joined ATF Medical as manager of complex rehab technology. ATF Medical supplies all the mobility equipment, rehabilitation and assistive technologies, and adaptive housing solutions that a complex workers’ compensation claim needs.

ATF Medical has introduced its Pressure Injury Prevention and Intervention (PIPI) program to make sure that everyone involved in a workers’ compensation case has the information needed to prevent or properly treat pressure injuries, also known as wounds.
