Their production capacity has increased from 30 kg to 750 kg in just 8 hours, a feat that only Zhiyuan has accomplished, creating an insurmountable "nano-barrier" in the industry. Zhiyuan also announced its official entry into the semiconductor and new energy nano-materials sectors in 2025.

Nano-Fertilizers Transforming the Future of Agriculture

Zhiyuan has developed its own nano-technology in Taiwan, with all equipment and production techniques independently researched and developed. In 2011, Zhiyuan entered the fertilizer market, creating a unique nano-agricultural solution that does not require high costs, enabling farmers to "use less pesticide and achieve more yield." This maximizes production efficiency, achieving the highest mass production capacity and the lowest production costs globally, with core technologies fully independent. Utilizing a comprehensive range of nano-production techniques at low, high temperatures, high pressure, and in liquid form, Zhiyuan has obtained multiple patents for nano-technology and equipment. This advanced nano-material manufacturing capability is the only one in the world that simultaneously produces nano-scale food, cosmetics, daily goods, feed, and fertilizers, with a commitment to becoming the leader in the nano-material industry.

Zhiyuan’s nano-fertilizers, with particle sizes reduced to below 100 nm, allow crops to absorb nutrients more rapidly. Field experiments have shown that using Zhiyuan’s nano-fertilizers not only significantly enhances crop quality but also boosts yields across various crops by 25% to 300%, with harvest times advanced by over a month.

Facing climate change and food shortages, Zhiyuan’s goals extend beyond Taiwan. Chairman Xiao Zhiyuan mentioned that leading companies in mainland China, Japan, and Thailand have already approached Zhiyuan, hoping to collaborate on nano-technology or act as general agents for nano-materials, introducing nano-technology to enhance food self-sufficiency.

By 2025, Zhiyuan Technology plans to establish the world's largest nano-fertilizer manufacturing plant in the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park in Taiwan, focusing on "nano-material research and production." This initiative will lead global applications of nano-materials across industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, ceramics, cosmetics, semiconductors, fertilizers, and feed, driving the global market development of nano-technology.
